AT Network Meetings

Upcoming AT Network Meetings

The AT Network formed in 2013 with a handful of AT Specialists in Southern California. The original founding members were linked by their mentor and California's leading AT expert and trainer at the time. The group had a vision to bring together the few AT professionals in this field, and share knowledge and expertise among themselves while connecting with vendors and learning about the current technology. As part of the original co-founders, Nikki Gelso and Diana Neskovska are proud to continue and grow the work of the AT Network which has expanded to include all of California and beyond. This group has been instrumental with being on the forefront of what's happening in the field of Assistive Technology in K-12 settings for both public school employees and private practitioners, with a focus on developing and improving practices in Assistive Technology. This group includes a wide range of AT professionals including: OT's, Speech/Language Specialists, Special Education Teachers, Program Specialists, DHH Providers, LI and VI Specialists, AT/AAC Specialists, Physical Therapists, Administrators and more. We hope you can join one or more upcoming meetings.

Meetings are free to attend. But we ask for a $5 donation per meeting to support guest speakers and group management. Thank you.

AT Loan and Re-Use Libraries

At our January 2024 meeting, Lauren Mennig from the Assistive Technology Exchange Center (ATEC) shared about the AT Loan and Re-Use libraries where educators and families can borrow AT equipment for trial periods.
